I was SUPER impressed with the packaging! I didn't really know what to expect when I opened up my package, but I was pleasantly surprised; especially since I didn't realize that the set came with a brush (which might just be the worlds softest brush EVER!) When it actually came to opening the compacts, it was actually quite the task. I was afraid I was going to break the plastic.... but when I did, I thought that the sample size was decent. And even though it was a little smaller than I expected, I was even happier when I saw that it was the perfect size for my Real Techniques Contour Brush. (And the 2 cocoa smelling bronzers were heavenly.)

I found that the Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzer and the darker half of Sun Bunny were a little light for me, and seemed a bit pinkish when I swatched it on my arm.

I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed with the color payoff, and just as disappointed when I applied it to my face. As I said before, I am NOT an expert at applying bronzer, but I found the matte bronzers to be a little muddy when I applied it. Nothing a little blending couldn't fix, though! And I did find Sun Bunny to be nice to highlight and warm up the face a bit. Sun Bunny and Endless summer are a tiny bit shimmery, but nothing too crazy. But the other bronzers just weren't for me. Not even Chocolate Soleil, which I was especially excited to try out.
All in all, it is an okay set, for someone to get a little taste of everything. Once again, I've never been much of a bronzer person, and probably won't be. The set is a little on the pricey side, at 22.00 for the 4 bronzers + the "Flatbuki" brush, but I'll probably be returning this. However, I do think this would be a great set for someone who, like me, hasn't really gotten to try a lot of bronzers, and a nice way to try out a little of the Too Faced brand. And I have heard great things about these bronzers, so they might work better for you than they did for me. After all, makeup is all about trial-and-error!
